Any monthly maintenance payment that is late, will be assessed a $15 late fee and the cost of the plan will default to the current rate going forward.

Basic Service @ $160 p.mo.

The following services are completed as needed: Chemically balance water (chlorine, pH, Alkalinity, and conditioner), empty pump/skimmer baskets, check all equipment and clean cartridge filter or backwash sand filter once per month.

Value Service @ $200 p.mo.

Alternating weeks of Basic and Premium services.

Premium Service @ $235 p.mo.

The following services are completed as needed: Chemically balance water (chlorine, pH, Alkalinity, and conditioner), vacuum pool, brush pool walls, brush tile, clean cartridge filter or backwash sand filter, empty pump/skimmer baskets, check all equipment, skim pool surface and clean salt cell once every three months.
